Pets may be OK, depending on the pet. And the pet's owner. Young active pit bull terriers are unlikely to be approved. If you can make arrangements with an insurance company to cover it, please do! A three legged twelve year old basset hound will probably be fine. One or maybe two cats is fine. There is a no fenced off area so the pets will have no room outside unsupervised. There will be a refundable pet deposit of $100.

We are progressives, so we don't like the idea of the government telling
people what they can put into their bodies. However, you are probably
unwilling to put your addiction second to paying the rent, so unless you
are a rock star or rap star who can afford both the drugs and the rent,
then you are unlikely to be able to live here.
I am unemployed. Will you still rent to me?
Yes, but be prepared to put up lots of money, e.g. first and last month's
rent, and a deposit. Even in this economy, there are a few jobs to go around. You should be able to find something.
If you are unemployed it may be because you are a user of the mind altering substances mentioned earlier.
